We believe in parents.

We believe in showing up.

When families feel supported, kids grow up stronger.

We want every parent to know they’re not alone and every child to know they’re loved.

Partners in Community Outreach (PICO) is a coalition of In-Home Family Education programs working across the Mountain State to meet parents where they are. Our programs offer free parenting guidance, child development support, and care you can count on from the time you learn you’re expecting until your child turns three. We’re here to help families build strong foundations that last and help them weather whatever challenges come their way.

We are supported by TEAM for West Virginia Children. Our work is grounded in research and built on relationships.
