You already have what it takes to be a great parent.

A little support can go a long way. Let us give you a hand.

Education Begins at Home

Education Begins at Home ❊

You love your child and want to give them the best start.

But that doesn’t mean you have to do it on your own.

Partners in Community Outreach is a coalition of free In-Home Family Education programs across West Virginia. We’re a network of family support teams, helping parents navigate pregnancy and early childhood development.

How It Works

Visits are friendly, flexible, and designed around your needs.

We have three programs across the state that specialize in supporting families in the home through friendly, flexible visits.

A trusted member from one of our In-Home Family Education teams will  meet you in your space, on your schedule. From the Southern coalfields to Shepherdstown, from Wheeling to Welch, we offer parenting guidance, child development support, and help connecting to local resources.

Why Families Choose In-Home Support

Visits are free and voluntary, available across the state, and designed around you and your family.
